Notre client est une entreprise technologique mature présente depuis près de 15 ans dans plusieurs pays européens, plateforme digitale internationale leader sur son marché.
Nous recherchons un/e :
HR Operations Specialist - Fluent English
Poste en CDI basé dans Paris centre
2 jours de télétravail autorisés.
Missions :
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to HR Business Partners, managers and employees (via ticketing system mainly)
- Compliance with legal and HR requirements
- Demonstrating HR expertise, including management of Performance, Absenteeism, Disciplinary and Grievance cases where applicable
- Managing employee relationships to ensure optimum levels of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Payroll and managing any payroll queries / Prepare variable data for payroll processing in close collaboration with Payroll (40% of the role)
- Support HRIS improvements and system updates
- Work in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment process requirements
- Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the internal client.
- Ensuring the maintenance of proper and thorough record keeping for all staff employed on the account for which you are responsible
Profile (Must have) :
- Proven experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Operations, or People Administration within an international or fast-paced environment, ideally tech or start-up environment. (around 3 years of experience)
- Very Fluent in English (C1+ to C2).
- Educational background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting core HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, and employee data management + French labour law classical knowledge.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident user of Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Open-minded and adaptable, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
A plus for the role
- A third European language skills.
- An experience in HR on the Belgium market
- Experience with Workday and case management or ticketing systems.
- Exposure to shared service or center-of-excellence models.
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
