Our client is a global leader in the industrial sector, specializing in manufacturing and distribution. With an international presence and a commitment to operational excellence, they are seeking a Team Leader Customer Service to oversee and manage an international customer support team.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage an international customer service team, ensuring high levels of performance.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to optimize client satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to enhance customer experience.
- Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries, providing effective solutions.
- Train, mentor, and develop the customer service team to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Profile Sought:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in handling international teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and customer service software.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
