Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an ETF Product Managerto join theETF Market Transformation team.

As ETF Product Manager located in Paris, you will drive the evolution of Euronext's ETF product offering and deliver highimpact solutions that strengthen our position as Europe's leading market infrastructure. You will own a portfolio of ETF products endtoend, combining market insight, commercial focus, and strong execution to bring new ideas to life and enhance existing services.

In this role, you will act as the key link between clients, business teams, and technology, translating strategic priorities into concrete product initiatives. You will shape business cases, define gotomarket plans, and coordinate crossfunctional teams (Business Development, Sales, IT, Operations, Regulation and Legal) to deliver competitive, compliant and clientcentric products across our markets in Italy, France and Nederland among others. Euronext product offering ranges from specific retail offering and cryptocurrencies products to new initiatives like ETF token's trading or trading 24/7.

This is a highvisibility position for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, analytical and collaborative environment-and who is motivated by building products that make a real impact on European financial markets.

About Euronext's ETF business

Join a dynamic and multicultural team based in Paris, Milan and London to shape and implement Euronext ETF Europe, a major pan-European initiative within the Euronext Innovate for growth strategic plan. This project is designed to unify all Euronext ETF markets and to achieve a single consolidated order book for each ETF. The aim is to streamline ETF trading across Europe, enhance market efficiency, simplify distribution and improve transparency for all participants.

You will primarilybe responsible for:

1. Product Strategy & Commercial Ownership

- Own and develop a portfolio of products aligned with the strategic roadmap and business priorities.
- Build P&L driven business cases, ensuring the right balance between market opportunity, client needs, and cost discipline.
- Shape product strategy and go to market plans based on market analysis, client insights, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and optimise pricing structures while ensuring full regulatory and legal compliance.

2. Market & Client Insight

- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, functionality, market penetration) to strengthen Euronext's competitive position.
- Work closely with Business Development and Client Services to maintain a deep understanding of client needs and identify opportunities to grow market share.
- Ensure up to date intelligence on market trends, customer requirements and potential product enhancements.

3. Product Development & Delivery

- Lead the end to end development of new products and services, coordinating with Technology, Finance, Regulation, Surveillance and other internal teams.
- Participate in IT and design working groups to define technical specifications and drive the creation of high quality product features.
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders-engineering, design, sales, marketing and suppliers-to ensure successful delivery.

Your profile

- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in ETF, Equities or Derivatives product management, business development or sales support role.
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle.
- Commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
- International business experience - developing products in multiple geographic locations
- Fluent in oral and written English. Another European language is a plus.
- Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
