Participate to Design of Manufacturing and Traceability Processes:managethe creation of detailed process designs forthe manufacturing within the ERP scope which can include full manufacturing environement (OT/IT)Process Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of these manufacturingprocesses in the ERP, working closely with tech and ERP specialists to ensure the system accurately supports operationalneeds.Standardization Across Facilities: Drive efforts to standardize manufacturing and quality operations across all productionfacilities, ensuring consistency in the quality and efficiency of production with end-to-end traceability.Integration with Quality Control: Ensure the designed processes are fully integrated with quality control measures withinthe ERP system, maintaining high standards of product integrity and safety.Collaboration for Process Alignment: Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align manufacturing operations with broader operational strategies and supply chain requirements.Key interactions : internal with other process teams, tech teams and senior stakeholdersFrequency and nature of the exchangesWorkshop and presentation heavyNegotiation needed to identify gaps and how to address themContinuous reporting to program leadershipTarget Core skillsLevel of study: Master's degree from an Engineering or a Business schoolRequired years of experience and field: at least 10 years in related fieldExperience in a manufacturing plant (quality department , production department) is mandatoryProficiency in SAP is requiredExperience in the consumer goods industry would be a plusLanguages:Englishand French; Spanish would be a nice to haveLocation:ParisBusiness travels to be expected:limited but more frequent during implementation phaseWait, there's more...We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events...Pernod Ricard values diversity and solidarity within its organization and in its relations with stakeholders.
