A hands-on, high-impact HR internship where you'll grow fast and own real responsibilities from day one.
Join our HR team and work on a broad scope: recruitment, intern experience, campus strategy, and training data analysis -with strong exposure to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
1) Talent Acquisition & Campus Management
You will be the go-to person for our intern recruitement, from publishing internship roles to the offer.
You will:
- Writeengaging, creative job postings
- Source, identify, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate theend-to-end recruitment process
- Support thearrival and onboardingof new interns
- Driveintern engagement: lunches, team-building activities, community moments, etc.
- Contribute to ourcampus strategy: attend recruitment fairs, build relationships with partner schools, and define an intern recruitment calendar
2) Learning & Development (Training)
You will support the operational delivery of the training plan, with a strong focus on coordination and follow-up.
Administrative & logistics coordination:
- Manage and tracktraining registrations
- Help plan and organize sessions (room bookings, equipment, logistics)
- Keep administrative files up to date (quotes, agreements, invoices, evaluations)
- Ensure data reliability and updates in HR/training tracking tools
Content & program support:
- Identify and liaise withtraining providersto build new modules
- Contribute to training content creation (mainlyPowerPoint)
3) Support to HR Projects
Depending on ongoing priorities, you'll also contribute to ad hoc HR initiatives such as:
- Performance reviews
- Talent management
- Internal communication
- DEI topics(Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), etc.
