Key accountabilities :

- You will monitor and follow up on incidents reported to the IT department

- You will implement and ensure compliance with the IT security policy, and guarantee data integrity and confidentiality
- You will be in direct contact with hotel guests
- You will be in direct contact with support teams in France and abroad
- You will manage IT projects (planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery)
- You will lead and supervise an IT team
- You will ensure compliance with and follow-up of IT checklists imposed by headquarters
- You will manage and maintain the IT infrastructure with the support of your IT team
- You will administer systems and networks, including the WiFi infrastructure

Profile :

- Confidentiality

- Initial training: BTS Computer Science

- Knowledge of Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Networking, Active Directory, Exchange, VEEAM

- Foreign language skills: English essential

- 2 years of management experience
