Designer - Project Manager Architecture Animation F&B Europe

Fixed term contrat starting in March until end of 2026

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Animation architecture Project Manager Retail PB Europe (H/F) who reports to the Visual merchandising manager l PB Europe. In close collaboration with the various regional and market interlocutors, you are responsible for the adaptation, deployment, and excellence of execution of the Animations and VM in the network of wholesale and Travel Retail animation for Europe.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL:

Animations

- You adapt the animations provided by the PB division according to the market briefs, within a team of 8 people.
- You create detailed guidelines with 3D renders to communicate the artistic vision and technical requirements.
- You support the regional or local interlocutor to ensure the correct execution of the podiums, windows or any animation scenography.

DA/Division F&B collaboration

- You are proactive in the adaptations and know how to negotiate with AD team to validate your proposals.
- You can understand the spirit and the aesthetic of the animation, analyze the campaign books, including client experience.
- You manage the different scales of scenography, from macro to micro: VM, graphic content, referenced merchandising.

Region and markets collaboration

- You will adapt the design according to briefs of the markets and especially Travel Retail
- You will deal with operational marketing to coordinate your work with the other marketing services and different stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Your expertise from 2 to 5 years of experience working as a designer in Animations/Events.
- Education in interior design or interior architecture
- You have a highly developed aesthetic sense and understanding of the retail wholesale environment.
- You are organized, rigorous and can follow up multiple subjects simultaneously.
- Your can-do' attitude, proactivity, and reliability.
- Your passion for design and eagerness to communicate your vision.
- Your fluent written and oral English-skills.
- Your mastering of the software Adobe Creative suite, Sketch up and Vray software
