is a fast-growing French tech startup that develops an innovative gesture recognition solution using AI and computer vision. Our technology helps thousands of stores across 30+ countries reduce shoplifting by detecting suspicious behavior in real time.
Following our Series B funding, Veesion is scaling rapidly across international markets such as the US and Brazil.
Context
We are looking for a versatile, well-organized, and proactive intern to support the Field Marketing team on key initiatives related to event and webinar organization, marketing operations, and communication. The objective is to work on concrete projects with strong business impact.
Your Mission
As a Customer Support Specialist for the American market, you will be the go-to person for our customers when it comes to solving problems and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Tech teams to guarantee that our clients get the best out of Veesion.
Key Responsabilities
1. Event & Webinar Organization and Logistics
- Identify and recommend relevant events for the company
- Using existing templates, execute tasks related to the organization of online and offline events
- Manage logistical coordination (scheduling, speakers, materials, tools)
2. Customer Happiness - PR & Testimonials
- Ensure ongoing PR outreach in the United States, leveraging existing tools and databasesIdentify eligible customers for PR initiatives, video testimonials, or case studies
- Coordinate communications and organize interview and video shoot schedules
3. Marketing Operations
- Nurturing campaigns: Update nurturing workflow content as the product, messaging, or strategy evolves
- Reputation management: Respond to Google and Trustpilot reviews using provided templates
4. Social Media & Community (Low Priority / Potential Growth Area)
- Monitor comments and messages from organic and paid posts (Meta & LinkedIn)
- Respond to and moderate community interactionsContribute to the creation, execution, and tracking of the official LinkedIn page content calendar
- Support the relaunch of the US Instagram account using existing content
Profile
- Student in business, marketing, or communication
- Highly versatile, able to switch quickly between topics
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English skills (US-focused responsibilities)
- Previous experience with marketing, email, or CRM tools is a plus(e.g. HubSpot, automation tools, content management platforms)
