Learning & Development Manager H/F - 75

En tant que Responsable de la formation et du développement, vous serez chargé de mettre en oeuvre des actions de formation et de développement pour nos équipes basées en France et au Luxembourg, ainsi que pour notre service commercial français. Vous concevrez et animerez des sessions d'apprentissage à la fois à distance et en présentiel. En tant qu'acteur clé dans la promotion d'une culture de feedback continu, d'apprentissage et de croissance, vous contribuerez à créer des programmes et des actions de formation permettant à chaque collaborateur de continuer à évoluer et à se développer.

As a learning and development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering learning & development initiatives across our central teams based in France and Luxembourg, as well as our French Business Unit. With this broad scope, you will design and facilitate both digital and in-person learning experiences. As a key player in fostering a culture of continuous feedback, learning and growth, you will contribute to creating programmes and initiatives that enable every Believers to continuously evolve and develop.

Responsibilities

- Design and embed talent development and engagement strategies, working closely with the Learning & Development community, HR Business Partners and business leaders across supported regions.

- Coordinate L&D project roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business and global L&D priorities.

- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of our employee development programmes.

- Lead and facilitate in-person training sessions, workshops and development programmes.

- Support organisational transformation by delivering targeted learning programmes.

- Foster a culture of proactive continuous learning, peer-to-peer coaching and best-practice sharing.

- Conduct training needs analyses aligned with our evolving career framework competencies and future regional career pathing opportunities.

- Support employee upskilling and the development of self-learning capabilities.

- Design and deliver hybrid learning solutions where relevant.

- Maintain a strong understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices to provide innovative methodologies and content to teams.

- Select and collaborate with external educational partners and subject matter experts.

- Define, track and monitor key L&D metrics.
