We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Messaging & Ads team, a group of talented crossdisciplinary engineers (Backend, iOS, Android, Frontend) whose mission is to build and optimize Deezer's advertising platforms, CRM communications, and key engagement features such as Concerts, Podcasts, and our Notification Center.It have to be a Backend Developer with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences, an expert who combines technical brilliance to join our dynamic team. What you will do:

* Technical Leadership

- Mentor team members to grow their technical skills.
- Drive architectural improvements and set coding standards.
- Lead technical discussions and advocate best practices.
- Define and implement cross-stack solutions along with your team's members to solve customer's problems and reach company's objectives
- Work closely with Marketing teams to understand their needs and the tools they use
