Position Overview

As part of our Account Management team at Yousign, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term success of our customers in the DACH region. Acting as their consultant, you'll become a strategic partner who understands their business goals and helps them unlock the full value of our solution.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage your portfolio of existing clients
- Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them
- Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross-sell)
- Negotiate and close expansion deals
- Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
- Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients' satisfaction

Your Profile:

You are above all a "consultant", you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator, able to offer the best possible solution to our customer's needs.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader:

- Proved and consolidated5+ yearsexperience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion.
- You've sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature;
- Experience working with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales.
- You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and secure deals.
- Native levelin German and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
- You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes.
- You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.
