2A Product Internship - Ux - Design System Evolution H/F - 75

The Team:

Part of the Product Development Department, the User Experience Team is seeking an intern at the Master 1 level in UX Design who is eager to actively contribute to the evolution and optimization of our Design System. This internship, lasting at least two months, will allow you to work in an international environment, closely collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Objectives:

- Conduct a full UX process applied to our Design System as a product.
- Improve the Design System documentation so that it becomes a comprehensive resource supporting both designers' and developers' needs.

The Missions:

- Identify the Design System's users by conducting interviews, defining personas, and mapping user journeys.
- Benchmark existing Design Systems to identify best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Propose a new layout for the Design System that integrates both technical and UX documentation.
- Illustrate how users consult, edit, and contribute to the documentation through dedicated user flows.
- Produce wireframes to represent the proposed documentation structure and navigation.
- Conduct usability tests to validate the proposed architecture and workflows with internal users.
- Help define and document the collaboration model for maintaining and contributing to the Design System.
- Migrate and adapt the existing UX documentation to align with the chosen solution.
- Complete missing Design System articles.
- Update existing articles where gaps or inconsistencies are identified.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in supporting UX projects by collaborating with UX designers.
