Your mission

We're looking for a Digital Growth Manager (m/f/d) to take the lead on our paid acquisition efforts in the French market, across both Search (Google/Bing) and Social (Meta/TikTok). As part of the Performance Marketing team at Bears with Benefits, you'll own both strategy and execution: from budgets and creatives to testing and performance.

This is a role for someone who thrives on impact, moves fast, and is always looking for smarter ways to grow. You'll work closely with our Munich HQ and play a key role in scaling our D2C brand in France.

Take full ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and Youtube focused on growing our presence in the French market.

- Manage budgets with a performance mindset, making sure spend is efficient and aligned with growth and return goals.
- Write clear, engaging and localized ad copy and help shape creative briefs based on real performance insights.
- Track and optimize campaigns daily: spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and scale what's driving results.
- Plan and run smart tests to learn quickly and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Keep up with new trends, platform changes, and new channel opportunities.
- Report clear, actionable insights with the team to help guide decisions and shape future strategy.
