Your RoleAre you a Salesforce Developer who loves building elegant solutions and is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a technically curious builder to join our team.Working in partnership with a Product Manager, you will implement high-performance features while experimenting with Agentforce and LLM integrations.We treat Salesforce like "real" software engineering, which means you'll have the best tools at your fingertips to automate the routine and focus on innovation.You'll have a front-row seat to the product lifecycle-from the first technical design to the final deployment.This is the perfect role for someone who is technically curious, values clean code, and wants to see their work have a measurable impact on a growing platform.
What you'll do:
- Build & Deploy: Develop and maintain high-quality features using Apex and modern Salesforce tools.Use AI-powered assistants to generate clean, scalable Apex and LWC code. You'll be encouraged to find new ways AI can speed up our development lifecycle.
- Collaborate: Partner with Product Managers to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, functional technical solutions.
- Modernize: Work within a professional development ecosystem using Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines (no more messy change sets!).
- Own the Release: Partner with our DevOps strategy to deploy features using SFDX and CI/CD, ensuring every release is backed by AI-generated test suites and documentation.
- Ensure Quality: Take pride in your craft by writing robust unit tests and conducting thoughtful code reviews to keep our production environment stable and secure. Maintain Excellence: Keep the platform healthy and secure. You'll use AI-driven code analyzers to catch security vulnerabilities and governor limit issues early.
- Solve Problems: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, providing creative fixes that improve the user experience for everyone.
- AI Exploration: Prototype "Agentic" workflows-identifying where autonomous AI agents can handle repetitive tasks or provide smarter data insights for our users.
What you'll bring:
- The Foundation: 7+ years of software development experience, with a solid track record in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Technical Skillset: You're comfortable with Apex, SOQL, and the Visualforce Framework. You know your way around Governor Limits and Salesforce security models.
- Integration Savvy: Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Best Practices: You believe in "Clicks over Code" where it makes sense, but you know exactly when to jump into the IDE to build something custom and powerful.
- Growth Mindset: You likely hold a Platform Developer I certification and are eager to keep learning and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases.
