We are looking for a Finance Animation Manager to join our CFO Officeteamin Global Finance function, the position is based inParis. In this position, you will report to Adelina ANDREEVA-BACHUROVA, Project Director - CFO Office.

The Finance Animation Manager will lead the communication strategy for Global Finance function at Danone and the launch of our Future of Finance strategy. This role will be pivotal in embedding Finance priorities (Value Creation, Transform & Digitalize, and People) into the mindset and operations of our Finance team. The role involves managing internal communications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals, and cultivating a culture of excellence and pioneering innovation.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to promote the Future of Finance strategy and its three pillars.
- Create engaging content that effectively communicates the value and importance of the strategy to all finance team members.
- Drive change and engagement initiatives towards the Future of Finance vision, ensuring all finance professionals are motivated and aligned with strategic goals.
- Create proximity: Facilitate open dialogues and interactions between local, zone, corporate teams, and service centres to break down silos and foster collaboration.
- Recognition: Recognize and celebrate achievements and contributions of finance talents, ensuring timely and impactful recognition.
- Tailor information sharing to ensure relevance to different population types within the finance community, providing targeted and meaningful updates.
- Hands-On Execution: Execute the communication strategy by being hands-on and coordinating multiple initiatives and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Top stakeholders' alignment: Work closely to top finance stakeholders to align communication efforts with the broader strategic goals of the finance function.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Foster a culture of open communication, continuous improvement, creativity, and innovation within the finance team.
