We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Research Associate to join our team for a 6-month contract. This role supports the execution of research projects for luxury brands, covering both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

Whatyouwillbedoing:

You will assist Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Executives in managing research projects for luxury brands and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple markets.

- Research Material Design: Help create questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives.
- Fieldwork Supervision: Monitor and control data collection progress to ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Data Analysis: Perform initial data checks, coding, and analysis to extract meaningful insights.
- Reporting: Design report decks, draft conclusions, and formulate actionable recommendations for clients.
