The Account Management Vertical
Our Account Management Vertical's purpose is to make our customers stay and grow with Alan. We created the vertical in 2020, and we now have a Key Account Manager team of 18.
We are now looking for amazing people to extend the vertical and help us take care of our growing pipe, especially with our medium-touch segment.
Being an Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts with different backgrounds.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Is it you we're looking for?
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Handle a portfolio of accounts and flagships companies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan.
- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to address them.
- Promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins
- Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews.
- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers.
- Be in charge of cross-selling/upselling our portfolio to answer customer needs and pain points
- Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability
- Participate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, and you have already experienced interactions with C-Levels and /or HRD.
- You have full working proficiency in French and at least advanced level in English.
- You are experienced in dealing with mid-market segment companies up to 200 employees and a portfolio of around 50-100 accounts.
- You have the tact and empathy that make you a great negotiator.
- You are an expert in creating long-term relationships based on trust and transparency and you have great active listening skills.
- You love to solve problems in order to delight our members
- You have a growth mindset: you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
- You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz
It is nice to have previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits (but definitely not a must-have !)
