Internship - Inclusive Insurance Strategy And Impact Performance H/F - 75

VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS

What You'll Do

Bring your analytical, partnership and project management skills to assess the impact of our inclusive insurance business:

- Support the Performance Management and Impact team, in collaboration with our global community of practitioners, experts and external partners, to conduct impact assessment studies. This involves the following:
- Preparation of information related to our products and clients with local teams
- Development and validation of questionnaires to be used with clients
- Analysis of the main trends and revision of first results
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations material for follow up within AXA

- Contribute with the Performance Management and Impact team, to preparing and evolving AXA EssentiALL' impact framework and narrative approach internally in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g. AXA country entities, Group Sustainability) and externally with key stakeholders of the global financial inclusion agenda, in particular shaping AXA and AXA EssentiALL 2025 annual reporting, commitments and business strategy planning for inclusive business and impact

- Work closely with our community of experts worldwide, the Performance Management and Impact team, to analyze and present our inclusive insurance client centricity analysis - the largest inclusive insurance portfolio in the industry! You will play an important role in:
- Data, product and partnership analysis
- Dissemination to different teams within AXA

- Lead project management with impact partners and develop in-depth studies of specific topics relating to the AXA EssentiALL inclusive insurance space:
- Coordinate and support team members in the preparation of internal and external partners meetings and relevant content related to impact measurement and social indicators
- Support the preparation of internal and external presentations and documents for governance and business development of inclusive insurance products
- Contribute to the communications and advocacy strategy of the business with relevant content that supports and enhances AXA EssentiALL clients' visibility and narrative

VOTRE PROFIL

Who You Are:

- An analytical mind with strong project management and planning skills.
- Someone capable of consolidating and summarizing information from diverse sources into a simple narrative
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken. French language skills are optional but preferred
- MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point - advanced level (mandatory)
- Advanced Power Point and communication skills is a strong plus
