- Support Finance team on the transition to the O&M phase,
- Support on controlling topics : redefine the analytical structure accordingly,
- Support on implementing and documenting the new methodology of reinvoicing,
- Support on implementing new reporting, KPI and budget follow-up according to accounting principles (IFRS and FR GAAP) and sponsors needs,
- Support on in the integration of a new software.
