Ingénieur Méthode Principal - Installation Jumpers Rigides H/F - 75

We are looking for a Method Lead Engineer (Rigid Jumper Installation) to join our client's Project team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and coordinating offshore installation methods for rigid jumper operations, ensuring safety, technical excellence, and compliance with project requirements.
This position requires a motivated and experienced engineer capable of working independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, installation, HSE, and procurement functions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering and preparation of rigid jumper installation methodologies, including procedure development, risk assessment, and interface definition.
- Prepare detailed method statements, engineering calculations, and procedural documentation for offshore execution.
- Review and validate installation drawings and engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical support during mobilization, offshore execution, and post-operation review.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Coordinate closely with other project teams (Installation, HSE, Subcontracts, Procurement) to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of offshore installation techniques and lessons learned.

Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Structural, or equivalent).
- Experience:

- Proven experience in subsea or offshore installation engineering, with a focus on rigid jumper installation or similar subsea structures.
- Previous FPSO or subsea field development experience preferred.
- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of offshore lifting and subsea installation operations.
- Familiarity with subsea tools, installation vessels, and ROV operations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, OrcaFlex, Excel, or equivalent).
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a plus.
- Certifications:

- Valid BOSIET + CA-EBS (OPITO certified).
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (OGUK certified).
