Job Description

AsBusiness Operations / Growth Operations Manager, you will be at the crossroads of operations, technology, and growth. Your mission will be to make our lead flows more efficient, build smart automations, and keep our CRM systems running smoothly.You'llwork closely with the Head of Business Operations on strategic projects that support our growth across Europe.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Optimize lead flows: Improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted.

- Build automations: Create and maintain workflows with tools like Make.com and n8n to reduce manual work.

- Manage CRM tools: Keep Hubspot and Airtable clean, integrated, and adapted to business needs.

- Support cross-country projects: Share best practices, adapt processes, and help local teams scale effectively.

- Analyzeperformance: Build dashboards and trackKPIsto generate actionable insights.

- Experiment & improve: Test new workflows, tools, and approaches, scaling what works.

- Enableteams:Documentprocessesand traincolleaguesto use newtoolsconfidently.

- Prior experience in lead generation, digital performance and management of paid campaigns is a plus.
