We are recruiting a Night Toolpusher (M/F) for a permanent position based in Paris (75), to support complex drilling projects in France, within an environment where the company acts as both project owner and operational leader for turnkey operations.

MISSIONS

Based on the drilling site, you will coordinate teams and supervise operations during the night shift, ensuring the continuity of the drilling program and strict compliance with QHSE standards. You will act as the main point of contact for the Driller and the Day Toolpusher, guaranteeing the proper execution of instructions, personnel safety, and equipment reliability.

Your main duties will include:

-Supervising all drilling activities during the night shift.

-Implementing the operational program defined by the Day Toolpusher and the Operations Management.

-Ensuring compliance with safety, well control, and maintenance procedures.

-Coordinating drilling crews and service companies, anticipating material and manpower requirements.

-Preparing daily technical reports and ensuring proper handovers between shifts.

-Representing the company on site with professionalism, composure, and rigor.

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

Rigs from 150T to 350T, equipped with 500T top drives and drilling pumps up to 1,600 HP (total installed power 2,500-4,500 HP).

-Long-duration projects (90 to 120 days), around 3 campaigns per year.

-Heavy rig moves (up to 100 truckloads per relocation).

-Sensitive environments: ultra-urban operations, mainly in the greater Paris area.

PROFIL

You have a proven background in drilling operations, gained as a Driller or Junior Toolpusher, and are ready to take the next step in your career. You have at least 5 to 6 years of field experience, a solid command of well control procedures (IWCF or IADC Well Control Level 3 minimum), and a sound understanding of night-shift operational constraints. You are recognized for your sense of responsibility, calm decision-making, and ability to enforce safety and procedural compliance with both firmness and fairness.

The position is based on European drilling sites; mobility and eligibility to work within the European Union are required. Fluency in English is essential for daily operations, while French is appreciated but not mandatory.

The total compensation is approximately €4,500 net per month, including bonuses and per-diem allowances, equivalent to about €60,000 gross annually. Accommodation and expenses are covered during rotations.
