Your missions
You'll be joining the HR team, currently made up of three people: Jordane (Head of HR), Aby (Office & Happiness Manager), and Anne-Laure (Senior Talent Acquisition Manager), who will be your manager.
As we expand our recruitment efforts across both tech and business roles, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take part in the full hiring process and contribute to strengthening our employer brand. While there's no typical day, here's what you can expect in this role:
- Contribute to the recruitment strategies to attract top talent, mainly for tech and business roles (Software Engineers, Data Engineers, )
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and support them throughout the recruitment process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cyclesfrom sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
- Actively promote Wiremind's employer brand, ensuring a great candidate experience and strong visibility on the market
- Collaborate with external partners (agencies, job boards, schools, etc.) to reach the right talent pools
- Leverage recruitment tools and data to continuously improve processes and help make informed decisions
Your profile
- You have around 2 years of recruitment experience, gained in an agency or within a SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
- You have a good understanding of tech profiles and how to engage with them
- You have managed end-to-end recruitment processes, both inbound and outbound
- You have strong organizational skills and can handle several recruitments at once
- You are fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills
- You have hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from outbound sourcing to inbound applications, all the way to the offer stage.
- You are comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, ATS, and CRMs to identify and engage top talent.
