This initiative supports individuals from genders historically underrepresented in gaming and STEM.

Develop at Ubisoft is one of several talent programs we offer to engage and support different audiences across the industry.

Please note: this program is a mentorship program and is not tied to any hiring process.

From January to May 2026, selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be mentored by volunteer Ubisoft developers,who will provide feedback and guidance throughout the mentorship to help them develop their own personal project.

In the Audio track, you will create and submit an original sound design using a freely available middleware tool, Wwise. You will design and integrate audio for specific events - for example, animations, ambiences, and interactive elements - ensuring the sound design fits the overall visual style.
