Activity: Provide support contracts administration for the FOU package
Perform commercial administration of contract in cooperation with Contracts Manager
- Ensure commercial and contractual communications are responded in time and tracked in the Contractual and Commercial Register for the applicable contract with the overview file of Variations, Claims & Claims register, amendments to the contract, Notices from Contractor(s).
- Support and provide feedback/input to the contract manager during claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes for Contract(s).
- Administer and follow up of contractual payment schedule and applications for payment with analysis of contractual impacts on future commitments and associated risks.
- Ensure payment applications are certified in time and subsequent payments are executed according to the Contractual Payment Terms
Professional Background & Experience
3-5 years of experience in contract administration , preferably in:
Renewable energy (offshore wind, solar, or large infrastructure projects).
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts or high-value procurement .
Onshore support roles for offshore projects (familiarity with logistics, fabrication, or installation contracts ).
Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or bespoke offshore wind contracts (e.g., balance of plant, foundations).
Good english command
Track record of managing contractual correspondence , including:
Variations, claims, payment applications, and amendments.
Interaction with contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Legal, Finance).
