What Do We Do?

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 4 years, we have:

- Deployed +500 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over €1billionin equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
- Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
- Assembled a team of over 240 talents... and this is just the beginning !

Your Missions

Want to kickstart your career in People Ops with a truly international scope? This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing team and help build the foundations of Electra's global People function. We already support 110+ Electrons across 9 countries - and we're just getting started.

You'll be at the heart of our international operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, processes are solid, and newcomers feel right at home. If you're curious, organized, and excited about shaping People Ops across Europe, we'd love to meet you.

Your responsibilities

Day-to-day operations

- Welcome new Electrons: draft contracts, update our HRIS, track trial periods, and make onboarding seamless.
- Keep our HRIS (Lucca) accurate and up to date (end-of-contracts, changes, etc.).
- Maintain People documentation and answer employee questions.

Interns & early talent

- Build a global intern community. We have lovely interns across several countries, and we'd love stronger cross-country connections.
- Support the Talent team with screening and interviewing interns, helping us maintain a high talent bar.

Projects you'll jump into

- Help us streamline our People Ops tools and processes.
- Feed our AI agents with clean data so they can work their magic
- Partner with the French People Apprentice to design a top-notch global onboarding journey.
- Gain exposure to international benefits implementation.
- Monitor onboarding satisfaction and suggest ways to make every newcomer's first weeks unforgettable.

Your Profile

- You're studying HR (or a related field).
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and love making things run like clockwork.
- You're curious about international HR and excited to work across multiple countries.
- Bonus points if you're tech-savvy and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
- This is a truly international role, and you'll work closely with a Danish and an Italian teammate. A strong level of English is a must. Extra bonus points if you speak German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, or French.
