Within the Global Operations Talent team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris at our headquarter starting from September 2025.

- Supporting Talent processes such as talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning (~35%)
- Animating and supporting our game changing development programs such as OPS Female Mentorship, Evolution and others (~25%)
- Leading onboarding related project in Operations (~10%)
- Participating and facilitating the skills related projects from framework development to implementation (~35%)
- Understanding what Talent management is and developing new skills (100%)
