Job Opportunity: Italian Chef de Cuisine

Position Highlights:
- Work Schedule: 4 months on board, followed by 2 months off
- Competitive Salary: $6,000 tax-free per month (salary is only paid during on-board work periods)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Lead and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver top-notch dining experiences
- Maintain high standards of service and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns
- Help to develop and implement innovative dining concepts that captivate our guests

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine in luxury or 6-star operations,cruise experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- A proactive and positive attitude, emphasizing teamwork and guest satisfaction

Requirements for Onboard Work:
- C1D Visa required
- STCW Certificate required
- Medical examination required
- Seaman's book required
- Openness to cover any initial costs associated with onboard work, only if hired.
