****Within a pool of Executive Assistants (EA) and reporting to Marine, EA of Alexis Lanternier, our CEO, you will :

- Organize complex external meetings / cross-division meetings & projects
- Organize internal & external events (Global Townhall, divisions Townhall, Leadership Team, Kids Day with WorkPlace)
- Project Management: all logistics for offsites, major industry events & complex travels (incl. complex visa requests)
- Ad hoc requests (for example purchase orders requests)
- Closely collaborate with the other EA through a ticketing solution, plusWorkPlace & IT teams
