We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Conversion Apprentice. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop tailored CRM journeys to activate users in the early days of their lifecycle with Deezer and nudge them to convert to a paid package. You'll be a key contributor to deliver innovative and personalised communications across all channels, with a high focus on testing & optimization. You will have the chance of working closely with various departments within our organisation, including Product & Tech, Data and Copywriting/Graphic Design.

What you will do

- Ideate and execute CRM journeys (in our CRM tool Braze) to boost activation and conversion, leveraging personalized music content and well-thought promo schemes.
- Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure the successful execution of our CRM strategy and alignment with company objectives.
- Implement AB tests to continuously improve journeys' performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to the organisation.
- Find new and innovative ways to engage with users, effectively using our channel mix.
