Data science and analytics are at the core of Free2Move products and decision-making. Our team covers a wide range of topics from influencing business decisions, to optimizing all aspects of the business, to putting in production algorithms that govern critical aspects of our products

We work on a number of diverse optimization problems throughout our business such as: user loyalty, fraud detection, churn prediction, supply optimization, damage reduction, demand prediction, yield optimization, customer service analyticsand many more...

Your next missions:

- Explore large datasets and turn them into understandable and actionable insights
- Build scalable analytic solutions using state of the art tools based on large and granular datasets
- Design and execute a stream of analysis and tests to measure the impact of your solutions
- Create precise KPIs and build reliable dashboards in Tableau for monitoring
- Design and build ETLs to support your work
- Build machine learning models to forecast key KPIs

Expected skills:

- A masters degree in a quantitative subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics.
- At least 3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience as a data scientist solving problems in a business context.
- Passion about statistics and data analysis. You are comfortable with both creating quick order-of-magnitude assessments, as well as crafting deep rigorous analysis.
- Expertise in SQL, business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and a knowledge ofSuperset is a plus.
- Expertise in Python, previous experience in production ML systems is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in english with multiple stakeholders, and can communicate analytical and technical content in an understandable way for different audiences.
