The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. We are on the lookout for an experienced, revenue-driven, Director of Groups and Events to lead our Groups & Events strategy, from securing groups revenue growth to flawlessly delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and inspiring a talented dream-team to achieve new heights.

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the Groups & Events strategy, driving sales growth and achieving revenue goals for group bookings and events.
- Focus on profitability and upselling, identifying new business opportunities and action plan to convert each business.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeaters.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure all events exceed client expectations in a seamless and respectful collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Lead and mentor the groups and events team.

General Requirements :
- Graduate of a business or hospitality school with proven track records in a sales-driven groups and events leadership role.
- Initiative-taking / results-oriented / commercial and financial mindset
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A passion for delivering high-quality client experiences.
- Fluent in French and English
