Chef Yannick Alléno is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our pastry team in creating pastries and deserts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair to produce high-quality pastry items.

In 2017, Yannick Alléno partnered with South Korea's leading hotel group, LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS, to open the first hotel under the SIGNIEL brand, the group's high-end label.Located in Seoul, SIGNIEL hotel is a destination for fine dining. Yannick Alléno oversees all of the hotel's dining venues, including the STAY restaurant, which offers modern French gastronomy.
- Creating desserts for all the hotel's outlets.
- Ensuring service.
- Participating in the service and ensuring perfect consistency in the execution of the desserts.
- Managing a team.
- 1 proven experience in a similar restaurant.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
