Key Account Manager - Automotive Industry H/F - 75

Our client is a leading company in the automotive industry, specializing in high-quality vehicle components and mobility solutions. With a strong international presence, they are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive commercial operations, expand market presence, and develop key strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop key accounts by building long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to optimize client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance through data analysis and implement improvement strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and proactive support.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Profile Sought :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry or a related sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic account plans.
- High adaptability and responsiveness to market changes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
