About the Role

As Business Unit Director, you will BE at the forefront of building and expanding the consulting offerings of the business. Leveraging a solid reputation for technical excellence and innovation, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and the internal KAM team to deliver solutions that address industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development : Define and implement the business strategy, identifying market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
- Client Engagement : Analyze client needs, lead the commercial process, negotiate offers, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership : Oversee and mentor a team of Key Account Managers and Talent Acquisition Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Project Oversight : Monitor ongoing missions, ensuring high standards of delivery, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recruitment & Contracts : Lead recruitment processes, negotiate consultant contracts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

What You'll Bring
- Proven track record in consultancy, ideally in the Renewable Energy or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing revenues exceeding €30 million.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and delivering results.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for driving innovation and fostering a collaborative, people-centric culture.
