Your responsibilities :
- Acquisition of On-Site Projects, particularly cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer) - Ongoing market and competitor monitoring, including establishing and maintaining a database within the company's CRM system - Development of on-site plant concepts in cooperation with the engineering division - Preparation of presentations and drafting bids on behalf of the Group companies and its regional subsidiaries - Providing training sessions for the sales force of the Group's subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition - Development and review the Group's sales strategy for the On-site portfolio to ensure contract compliance, effective performance evaluation, and continuous process improvement Your profile :
- Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen; investment calculation competency is a plus - At least three years of sales development and one year of project management experience - Experience working in an international environment and a cross-functional team - Interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate, being proactive and open minded - Proficiency with MS Office - Business fluent in English, German is a plus - Willingness to travel (approx. 30-40%) Your benefits :
