- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Develop robust, contextual conversational systems

Your Profile

GenAI & AI Agent Expertise (Top Priority)
- 7+ years as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist with at least one significant production-level GenAI or AI Agent project
- Advanced mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Dust.TT or similar platforms (LangChain, CrewAI, Flowise, Dify, etc.)
- Expertise in conversational architectures and RAG
- Strong multi-agent orchestration skills

Key Technical Skills
- Python & the GenAI ecosystem
- Agent-oriented software architecture
- Advanced prompt engineering & LLM tuning
- API integrations for agent systems (including MCP integrations)

Bonus Skills
- ML/MLOPS : nice-to-have but not core
- Cloud & Infrastructure : useful for deployment
- Monitoring tools : for agent system observability
