To achieve this, the mission is to massively attract the best talents, enhance the teams of today and tomorrow, and promote the employer brand to a wide audience of candidates, all in close partnership with all business areas across all our countries.

On a plan of approximately 500 graduate recruitments for several Practices within the firm, the main responsibilities of the Manager are :
- Establishing themselves as a business partner with the Practices by understanding their priorities and needs, translating them into annual recruitment objectives, and defining the associated strategies to achieve the best results.
- Leading a team of around 10 junior recruiters, ensuring both their individual management to develop and retain them quickly, and fostering a positive team dynamic to achieve demanding collective results.
- Analyzing KPIs and their trends, assessing risk levels, defining relevant and pragmatic corrective actions, and managing action plans by effectively engaging stakeholders and providing a clear overview of the situation within the scope.
- Directly handling recruitments, from sourcing to onboarding, within their scope to set an example and stay connected to the field.
- Operationally implementing transformation projects for the recruitment function and driving change within their scope to maintain recognition as a leading recruiter in the market.
