What you will BE doing :
Youwilljoinadynamicandfast-pacedenvironmentworkingintheAcademyteamtohandleourongoingprojects.Youwillbeworkingwithyourteammemberstoensurethatallprojectrequirements,deadlines, andschedulesareontrack.

Youwillbedevelopingtheabilityoffront-lineteamstoelevatecustomerexperienceintheluxurysector.

- Proposing,scoping,designing, leadingandmanagingprojects(globalandcross-practiceprojectswithinCXG)
- ReviewingCXassessmentsandmakingstrategicrecommendations,designingbespokesellingceremonies, trainingprogramsandworkshops
- Managinganddevelopingyourownclientportfolio
- Workingverycloselytonurtureclientrelationships

- Fromendtoend, designtailoredprojectsthatanswerclients'needsusingvariousCXGAcademysolutions
- CreateandpitchadvancedproposalstoclientsonawiderangeofCX-relatedskillsdevelopmentsolutions
- Plantheprojectwhichincludesbudgets,legalagreements,purchaseorders,detailedroadmaps, weeklymeetingscommunicationtoolsandgovernancemeetings
- Thoroughlymanagedeliverables,againstthebrief, budgetandtimelines
- Regularlyassessprogressinrelationtotheplanandimplementappropriateadjustmentswhennecessary
- Proposeanddevelopalternativesolutionswhenprojectschangetrajectory
- Partnerwithoursubjectmatterexpertscommunitytodirectandreviewtheircontributiontoeachproject
