Senior Project Control Manager H/F - 75

The Senior Project Control Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all project control activities for the CAMEIA FPSO project during its execution phase. The role ensures effective planning, scheduling, cost management, and progress reporting to support the successful delivery of the project objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems and procedures.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and forecasting using Primavera P6.
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and performance indicators.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress and cost reports to management and project stakeholders.
- Support decision-making through detailed analysis of project trends, risks, and variances.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on key milestones.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project control practices and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and other project control tools.
- Strong knowledge of project control methodologies, including cost, schedule, and progress management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural project environment.
- Experience in floater projects (FPSO, FSRU, FPU, GBS) during execution phases is highly valued.
