Vitavea, a rapidly growing French health brand, is currently seeking a passionate and creative China Marketing and Operation Assistant to join our team. You will assist our Supply and Marketing Manager in operations for the Chinese market and support the development of the Vitavea brand in the Chinese e-commerce sector. We offer a challenging and opportunity-filled work environment, where you will have the chance to grow quickly within an international team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Marketing
- Social Media Content Creation : Create and adapt engaging content tailored for Chinese platforms, especially WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (RED). This includes copywriting, short video planning, image editing, and basic video editing.
- Marketing Analysis : Conduct research and provide analysis on competitors, products, and campaigns to support brand positioning and marketing strategies.
- PR Operation : Support the organization of influencer and celebrity collaborations, including maintaining positive relationships and ensuring smooth brand visits.
- Filming Support : Assist during video shoots or livestreams, including preparation of materials, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Marketing Materials : Prepare and manage product-related and campaign-related analysis reports, presentations, and brand display assets.

Supply
- Supply Chain Operations : Assist in coordination with Chinese distributors and the French supply chain team (procurement forecasts, purchase orders, logistics monitoring, etc.).
- Inventory Management : Track stock levels and coordinate with distributors to minimize supply risks.
- Customs Affairs : Support cross-border e-commerce compliance and product registration.
- Data Analysis : Collect and analyze supply chain and e-commerce operation data to support decision-making.
- Product Support : Assist in new product launches, feedback collection, and online performance tracking.

INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communication, supply chain, or related fields.
- Fluent in French or English, with full comprehension in Chinese.
- Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Enthusiastic about China e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Eligible for a Convention de stage.
