This person would assist me on ensuring the compliance of our products and services with applicable laws and regulations, and notably :
- Identify and analyze regulatory risks related to the company's products and services
- Help developing and implementing internal procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate withlegal, business, and operational teams to ensure compliance of new projects.
- Conduct audits and internal controls to verify the application of standards andlegalobligations.
