In Paris, we work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office) to combine the best of both worlds: flexibility and collaboration. Our obsession: making performance marketing measurable, every single week, for our clients.

To support our Growth, we're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Paris office.
You will play a key role in the Finance department, working closely with the CFO and the Senior Leadership team!

Your role:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, includingbalance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide valuable insights to helpSenior Management in decision-making.

- Budget Management: Collaborate with Department Heads across the organization to establish and manage budgets, providing timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and company objectives.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis,and profitability assessments. Offer insights to support strategic decision-making and optimizethe financial performance of our series B stage Group.

- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company'sassets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.

- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes,systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our rapidly growing operations.

- Audit Support: Support external audits, liaising with auditors and addressing audit findingspromptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with international standards.

- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to offer financial insights and guidance onbusiness strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.

Profile:

- 4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable.
- Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus.
- Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controlframeworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data intoactionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems wouldbe a strong advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and externalstakeholders.
- Adaptability and a commitment to staying up to date with changes.
- Demonstrated success working in a virtual/hybrid environment and being able to be onsite as needed.
- Fluent level of both French & English
