The Klépierre group is looking for its Group Leasing Business Analyst H/F to join the company's operations based in our headquarters in Paris.
The Group Leasing Business Analyst :
- Plays a key role in the rollout and establishment of SHOP THE TOP 2030 roadmap
- Analyzes leasing data and processes to identify trends and improvements, and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
- Serves as the key contact for leasing data, support analyses for new opportunities, and provide market insights to guide management decisions.
- Builds strong client relationships and support retailer expansion to maximize Klepierre's portfolio growth and market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SHOP THE TOP 2030 -CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION & FOLLOW UP :
- SHOP THE TOP 2030 is a roadmap covering all key aspects of leasing, including clients/tenants, service offering, internal tools/processes, and people.
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and communicating a comprehensive list of concrete actions with specific KPIs, ensuring all territories reach their yearly targets leading up to the Group's 2030 objectives.
KPI MONITORING & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION :
- Consolidate, track, and analyze leasing-related KPIs to identify group-wide trends. Publish findings and benchmarks to top management and country teams to guide decision-making.
- Identify operational best practices and inefficiencies related to leasing processes. Suggest solutions and impactful policies to help the Klépierre achieve business excellence.
BUSINESS INSIGHTS AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- Act as the main point of contact for leasing-related data and KPIs with finance, controlling, and asset management teams.
- Support ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling for new business opportunities.
- Research competitors, retailers, and market trends, sharing insights with management to support decision-making.
STRATEGIC CLIENT MGT. & CROSS BORDER EXPANSION
- Develop and maintain privileged relationships with top clients at Group level including regular follow-up of negotiations at local level to ensure Klepierre's international portfolio leverage is maximized.
- Support fast growing retailers with their expansion throughout the portfolio, enabling Klepierre to capture the largest possible share of their expansion budget.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
CORE COMPETENCIES
- Degree in real estate, finance, business, commerce, statistics, or a related field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 2-5 years of experience in retail or real estate, ideally with exposure to analysis and reporting.
- Excellent command of the Office pack (Excel, Ppt., Word, Power BI...)
