Together with the Product Director, your mission is to turn vision into a world-class product - with real freedom to shape how we build and grow.

To achieve IT, you'll also work closely with QA Engineers and Product Designer to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience.

What you'll do :
- Own the delivery of the product vision
- Make key technical calls, balancing innovation and tech debt
- Lead and support your team, encouraging ownership and collaboration
- Establish clear performance objectives and provide guidance to ensure team alignment with business and technical goals
- Continuously improve the way your team work-improving workflows, tools, and ways of building
- Provide technical direction that influences the entire company
