Objectives regarding the mission : Ensure deployment & maintenance of :

· the Quality organization

· the Internal Project management methodology

· Quality internal control over the company

2. Key activities :

Project Governance

· Design a structured project management methodology tailored to internal projects within an SME or mid-sized company.

· Identify, implement, and manage project management tools.

· Define deliverable templates for each project phase.

· Develop and track project KPIs and dashboards (budget, timeline, progress, workload, risks, etc.).

· Participate to project portfolio consolidation

· Deploy methodologies and tools across the company through a network of internal stakeholders.

Quality Governance
- With executive sponsorship, define and deploy the company-wide quality strategy.
- Establish and lead a quality governance framework integrated across all departments and aligned with the company's growth and transformation challenges.
- Ensure processes align with practices and evaluate compliance, risks, and opportunities.

Business Process Formalization & Improvement
- Support business units in formalizing, optimizing, and documenting key processes.
- Contribute to the harmonization of internal practices and to the creation of deliverables intended for clients or external partners.
- Redesign the existing QMS.
- Raise awareness and train teams in quality practices; ensure the effective rollout of the QMS.
