Our Sales & Marketing division is recruiting for its client, an innovative French company founded in 2014 that provides solutions for diagnosing and monitoring patients, from capturing data via connected medical devices to analysing this data using artificial intelligence tools.

Its aim is to improve patient care and facilitate medical practice in healthcare establishments throughout the care pathway, particularly in neurology, cardiology and sleep disorders.

As part of its rapid expansion, our client is looking for its future International Sales Manager.Reporting to the VP of Global Business Development, the International Business Developer is responsible for expanding our distribution network in Europe and internationally. This role involves identifying new partners, negotiating and concluding strategic distribution and partnership agreements to increase the reach of our innovative solutions.

1.Partner Acquisition and Contract Negotiation
Identify distributors in Europe (90%), the USA and Canada.Identify and approach potential partners in strategic European and international markets.Negotiate and conclude distribution contracts for organic solutions.Lead contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.Ensure that agreements meet corporate objectives, pricing policies and compliance standards.

2. Sales Support and Distributor Network ManagementAct as the main point of contact, providing ongoing support and facilitating communication between distributors and internal teams.Work with distributors to develop effective sales and marketing plans.Manage a network of distributors in collaboration with the marketing, R&D, quality and finance teams.Train distributor teams on product features, sales strategies and values. Traindistributor teams on product features, sales strategies and company values.Supporting distributors in achieving their sales objectives and resolving any challenges they encounter.Regularly assess distributors' performance and recommend actions to maximize results.

3. Monitoring and coordinationMonitor and report on the performance of distribution agreements.Provide detailed forecasts and sales analysis to management teams.Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics) to ensure distributor satisfaction.

4. Reporting and Monitoring ObjectivesProduce regular reports on activities and results in line with defined performance indicators.Work with internal teams (marketing, R&D, operations) to optimize offerings and meet customer expectations.
